TERMS OF USE – SignalBeyond
This Agreement sets out the terms of use of provided services by legal entity SignalBeyond, doing business as signalbeyond.com Site. Using the services of signalbeyond.com Site means full acceptance of the User to this Agreement. In case of disagreement with the Agreement, User shall not perform any actions.
By using this Site, and further by registering to use our Services, you are agreeing to accept and comply with the terms and conditions stated below (“Terms of Use”). You should read the entire Terms of Use carefully before you use this website (“Site”) or any Services of this Site.
Service/Services – refers to the subscription for utilizing the Software accessible through the Website and/or Applications. This Software allows you to manage your cryptocurrency holdings across the Exchange Accounts, including but not limited to the following tools: cryptocurrency price and trading analytics, manual or automatic cryptocurrency trading order transmission, displaying of a cryptocurrency portfolio held with supported crypto exchanges, and other services provided by us to you via the Website and/or Applications under the terms of this Agreement.
As used herein, “SignalBeyond” refers to the company SignalBeyond, including without limitation thereby, its owners, directors, investors, employees or other related parties. Wunderbit SIA is a company with limited liability, incorporated under the laws of Latvia. Depending upon context, “SignalBeyond” may also refer to the Services, products, Site, content or other materials (collectively, “Materials”) provided by SignalBeyond.
Depending on your country of residence, you may not be able to use all the functions of the Site. It is your responsibility to follow those rules and laws in your country of residence and/or country from which you access this Site and Services. As long as you agree to and actually comply with these Terms of Use, SignalBeyond grants to you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and limited right to enter and use the Site and the Services.
SignalBeyond reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. You will be notified of such changes on the SignalBeyond website and upon such notification it is your responsibility to review the amended Terms of Use. Your continued use of the SignalBeyond Services following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS YOU AGREE AND CONFIRM THAT:

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between You and SignalBeyond regarding your access to and use of the Site, which includes, without limitation, registering for a Client account (“Client Account”) on the Site. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Use, please do not access or use the Software.
You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Service or any features within the Service may change from time to time without prior notice to you.
You acknowledge and agree that we may stop permanently or temporarily providing the Serviceor any features within the Service to you or to users generally, at our sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may stop using the Service at any time in accordance with the terms of these Terms of Use.

SIGNALBEYOND IS NOT A BROKER, FINANCIAL ADVISOR, INVESTMENT ADVISOR, PORTFOLIO MANAGER OR TAX ADVISOR. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT SIGNALBEYOND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR USE OF ANY INFORMATION THAT YOU OBTAIN ON THE SITE.

IN ADDITION TO THE RISKS INCLUDED HEREIN, SIGNALBEYOND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR OTHER RISKS THAT SIGNALBEYOND CANNOT ANTICIPATE. SUCH RISKS MAY FURTHER MATERIALIZE AS UNANTICIPATED VARIATIONS OR COMBINATIONS OF THE RISKS DISCUSSED HEREIN.

All content on this Site is the property of SignalBeyond and is protected by copyright, patent, trademark and any other applicable laws, unless otherwise specified hereby.
The trademarks, trade names, service marks and logos of SignalBeyond and others used on the Site (hereinafter the “Trademarks”) are the property of SignalBeyond and its respective owners. The software, applications, text, images, graphics, data, prices, trades, charts, graphs, video and audio materials used on this Site belongs to SignalBeyond. The Trademarks and other content on the Site should not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, scraped, collected or distributed in any form or by any means, whether manual or automated. The use of any content from the Site on any other site or environment for any other purpose is strictly prohibited; any such unauthorized use may violate copyright, patent, trademark and any other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
All Services are provided without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not represent that this Site will be available 100% of the time to meet your needs. Account Holders represent and warrant that they are the legitimate owners and are allowed to use all Bitcoins (or any other cryptocurrencies) of the Transactions being carried out and do not infringe the rights of any third party or applicable laws. SignalBeyond will not be held liable for any damages, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data, indirect or consequential loss. SignalBeyond cannot be held liable for any malfunction, breakdown, delay or interruption to the Internet connection, or if for any reason our Services are unavailable at any time or for any period.
SignalBeyond, its respective directors, officers, employees and agents expressly disclaim all other representations, endorsements, warranties, and conditions, express or implied, including, without limitation, any representation, warranty or condition of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement, completeness, security, reliability, suitability, accuracy, currency or availability, error-free, uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, that our service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components or any warranty arising from a course of dealing, performance, or trade usage.
Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SignalBeyond, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, service providers, contractors, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms of Use or your use of the Software, including, but not limited to, your submissions, Third Party Platforms, any use of the Content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms of Use.
